We will again be collaborating with the Cooler Communities school grant program to feature students’ classroom work on climate related topics at this community event, and inviting visitors to take climate friendly actions.

 

And the event will look a little different this time - hosted at Berkshire Museum on April 14th between 4pm and 7pm, we are organizing a “ climate party” for students at Pittsfield and Taconic High Schools, along with student groups from other towns. Students can present their work on climate related topics and learn what others their age are doing, and there will be food as well as topic related poetry and music.

 

We’d love for you to be there, showcasing the programs you are offering for young people (8th grade or older) and their families, especially as they pertain to climate change and any actions young people can take.
